I am so glad the holidays are over. Don't get me wrong, I love Christmas and New Year's, but we have so much going on and running around to do that my two 4 day weekends just zipped right by. We did get some snow here just in time for Christmas Eve, and it was great packing snow, so before we had to be by my parents for dinner I reverted back to being a kid and made a snowman.
He came out pretty good, but he didn't last long. It rained Christmas Eve night and by the time we got home the top to layers had already fallen off.
I also got to go to my first Packer game in ten years, I was so excited. The energy at Lambeau Field is unbelievable, plus it was the last home game of the year and with a win it put them in the playoffs, so the crowd was extra amped up. It had snowed the morning of the game and I had to take a picture of what the city looked like from the stadium.Pretty cool looking, don't you think ?
Our New Years was pretty lo-key, I wasn't even awake at midnight, but I was ok with that. I did manage to get a few layouts done over the holidays. The first two use Bella Blvd's Super Star line, at first I thought this would only work for little boy pages, but once I started with it, it was very versatile.
The next two use October Afternoon's Night Light collection that I got in a Scrapbook Sussies monthly kit, which by the way I just won a prize pack from them just for being a member. If you're looking to join a monthly kit club, I highly recommend them.
I love this picture of Toby, I just happened to catch him as he was yawning.
This last one uses one of Bo Bunny's new line's Love Bandit. It is a very cute collection, and can be used with so many different types of pictures. This one is of me from last year standing out on the frozen lake with no one else around, it was very peaceful.
Well, that all I have for now, I hope everyone's Christmas and New Years were great !
